Philippians 2:10-11Neisy joined the team October 2021. She has been part of The Salvation Army since she was 15 years old and has been in ministry to women and families in Vancouver's Downtown East Side for the past 10 years. Neisy finds joy in service and hospitality, especially in crafting with littles and not so littles.
